My goal is to inform potential renters (and property owners) and help others avoid the same problems I experienced—poor communication and lack of accountability.Why This Website Exists
We booked a vacation rental through Airbnb (DPS Vacation Rentals) and had an awful experience. I received no help resolving the problems I encountered. After researching, I found out DPS manages many other properties under different names.
